The question of what First Choice Home Inspection did for me and my daughter’s family in sound home inspection before buying has proven out in the past two years. My wife and I were looking at a home that was 30 years old that obviously had a lot of updating done. We were concerned that things might be masked over in the upgrading.

Larry found some minor things like a broken spay nozzle in the bathroom but nothing major was found defective and has proven out that nothing major was wrong with the house. On the other hand, our daughter and husband looked seriously to buy a house but Larry found water damage in the basement area and they could have been afflicted with a defective home that Larry gave them warning and the second house was in good condition. First Choice can be trusted for a thorough inspection.
